2009 California SB 242: Expansion of Unruh Act to include language. While this bill does not directly relate to the ADA, many who are familiar with abusive claims brought under California's Unruh Act have expressed concern that this bill could result in a wave of lawsuits by individuals who claim that a business had some policy which limited their use of their native language.
